We cut all types of natural stone:
Currently, the most popular artificial hard materials for interior and exterior decoration on the market are: quartz Lapitec, Dekton, Silestone, Caesarstone, Technistone, Quarella and other hard finishing materials from various manufacturers. When cutting these materials, we follow the manufacturer's requirements and, with excellent knowledge of the technique, ensure that the products we deliver are of the highest quality and will delight you for many years.

Professional tools and precision
AKMI production is equipped with a full range of production equipment. Depending on the type of product, the most effective cutting method and equipment are selected. Products manufactured in our production comply with special stone product standards that are valid throughout Europe (LST EN 12058:2015; LST EN 12058:2015; LST EN 1468:2023.
AKMI uses different types of modern industrial machines for cutting, depending on the size of the order and the type of stone:
1. Prussiani and Breton cutting machines are controlled manually or by computer (CNC);
2. Sawmills;
3. "Lace" Graniroc solid wood cutting machine.

Interior products cut from stone slabs and solid wood
Block cutting
In stone quarries, natural stone is mined in blocks. Monuments, massive exterior decoration details, sculpture elements, and the like are made from the massif.
If necessary, during production, the blocks are cut into slabs (20, 30 mm) or thicker blanks.
The blocks can be very large and reach 3000x1600x1600 mm. We select the cutting line according to the customer's needs:
• Straight;
• Profiled;
• Curved.
Cutting panels
Natural stone slabs (approx. 3000x1800x20, 30 mm thick) are cut into products according to the required dimensions. When planning the cutting of products, the dimensions of the raw material and future products are evaluated. Depending on the type of natural stone and the intensity of the pattern, a slab cutting scheme is prepared (the slabs are photographed), the cut parts can be coded so that the continuity of the pattern is maintained during installation.
Artificial material panels are usually available in: 12, 20, 30 mm thick (some 4-6 mm), the dimensions of which can be up to 3350x1550 mm. When cutting artificial materials, it is extremely important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Some panels must be trimmed (stress removed to prevent splitting), product positioning, special cutting tools, rotations, feed speeds, water cooling are important.

Measurement
If needed, we can perform measurement work with professional Leica 3D scanning equipment. Data can be transferred directly to CNC computerized control equipment - saving time and costs, ensuring accuracy.
Storage
We can store your products for an additional fee. There is no additional charge for storage for a week from the date of production.
Stone supply
We supply stone raw materials and products from all over the world specifically for your order.
Gluing
We use professional adhesives based on the product's intended use and special needs. We understand the specific requirements of natural materials.
Milling
We process raw materials and produce designs of various profiles.
Impregnation
We process the raw material and additionally impregnate it if you want to obtain a brighter color, reduce the absorbency of natural stone without changing the color, or protect it from environmental influences and acids.
Pronunciation
We securely pack products into boxes that are designed for exporting products.
Coding
We mark products based on drawings to make installation and organization of installation work more convenient.
Installation
We can perform installation work not only in Lithuania, but also abroad.
