History of AKMI
UAB “AKMI” began operations in 1995, starting with the production and installation of small interior and exterior details. Today, the company carries out complex projects using traditional stoneworking methods, tools, and CNC-controlled machinery.
By focusing on quality and durability in our field and building trust with every client, we have grown into one of the largest companies in Lithuania, sought out by project developers from around the world.

The Floating Island
It blends into the luxurious Žaliakalnis home like a sculptural element. The countertop is a single piece measuring 3200x1660x20 mm and features an exceptionally large overhang. This is the result of close collaboration between furniture makers, the designer, and AKMI. The project was designed by architect D. Bukauskaitė-Treikauskienė.
ESE SPA Hotel
Natural stone products were installed in the hotel and spa complex near Birštonas: pool wall cladding, pool coping, food service stations, and the reception area. The hotel owners and guests have already had the opportunity to appreciate the sense of quality and aesthetics created by the natural stone products.
Cartridges
One of the most complex decorative elements installed by UAB AKMI at the Palace of the Grand Dukes was the natural stone cartouche on the main entrance portal. Modern, five-axis, CNC-controlled machinery was used to complete the project. Modeling, milling, and installation were carried out.
Amberton Green SPA
The Amberton Druskininkai Sleep Therapy Center features an exceptional spa area. Italian Quarella terrazzo stone was chosen for the flooring, walls, and furniture finishes. The design creates a cohesive and relaxing environment. The natural stone finish of the uniquely shaped reception area attests to the highest quality.

All the company's products comply with the requirements of LST EN 12058:2015; LST EN15388:2020.
The path of products: from quarry to masterpiece
Quality and professionalism are reflected in every step of the AKMI process.
All natural stones - granite, marble, travertine, onyx, sandstone are transported from direct quarries of origin. We select the stone specifically according to the Customer's vision, requirements and taking into account the operating conditions of the products.
Once in the hands of an experienced team of craftsmen, the stone is carefully and responsibly processed and transformed into a timeless masterpiece.

WE ARE LOCATED
UAB "AKMI" has its production facilities located in a secure compound in Žemieji Šančiai, Kaunas. The customer reception and service department is located on the second floor of the company's building.
