– Tile cutting is possible not only at right angles (45, 87, etc. degrees).

Waterjet cutting, abrasive waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting results in minimal material loss and allows for fast and accurate cutting of non-standard shaped openings and shapes. Waterjet cutting can be used to cut a variety of elements: mosaic details, letters, logos, non-standard shaped products, sink/faucet openings in countertops. Depending on the requirements of the solid materials, the appropriate jet pressure and cutting speed are selected.

High-quality tile cutting with AKMI

Cutting tiles in our factory is much more reliable than on site, as it is performed on a stable base, with large-format, stable, specialized saws that are water-cooled. As a result, the tiles do not overheat, thus reducing the likelihood of microcracks.

Professional tile cutting will extend the life of the product. Customers and construction professionals who value their time and quality results return to cut tiles at AKMI because they are happy with the faster work and high-quality final result.

Tile cutting terms

Production is carried out quickly, reliably and professionally. We can offer extremely short tile cutting deadlines, as we have as many as 6 cutting machines and the ability to work in multiple shifts. The work is carried out after agreeing on mutually acceptable deadlines.

Convenient delivery options

For very large orders, tile cutting can be done in parts and in a certain sequence to ensure the required quantity to start the installation. The prepared tiles are coded according to an agreed system so that the installers know where, in which direction and how to install the piece.

Managers ensure that work is carried out according to a coordinated work execution plan. And the process is constantly improved by technologists who seek innovation. You will work with a skilled team, so communication will be easy and smooth.

We have implemented many projects of varying complexity, so we make the best decisions for the intended work. Projects are completed with quality and the first time - this approach saves you time and money.

Two-level control

Since the company applies two levels of quality control − foreman and production manager, we maintain impeccable quality and respond quickly to any problems that arise.

Why choose AKMI for tile cutting?

Modern tile cutting equipment

We cut tiles using modern industrial, manual or computer-controlled (CNC) machines. This ensures a high-quality cutting service.

For example, cutting ceramic tiles is cooled with water to prevent the tiles from overheating and cracking. Cutting stone tiles is also done with special tools to avoid cracks, which look unsightly and shorten the product's lifespan.
