Edge polishing
We mechanically polish, grind, and impregnate the cut edges of hard materials with a color-enhancing impregnant. After performing edge polishing work, the products become aesthetic and safe to use.
Automated equipment is used for processing large quantities of edges, and CNC computer-controlled machines are used for processing curved edges. Professional tools, glue, diamond milling and polishing tools are used to perform the work.
We carry out both complex and simple orders with high quality, on time, according to the Customer's needs and product requirements.
Edge bonding
By performing edge bonding, we can thicken the visible edges of the product (bonding at a 45-degree angle). We can also bond tiles, stone to furniture, lightweight aluminum "Honeycomb" panels, metal construction. We will help you strengthen, lighten the material or construct furniture.

We cooperate with the professional German adhesive manufacturer "AKEMI" and provide a 2-year warranty on production work. Professional adhesives have clear descriptions and strict processing instructions, which we follow. This ensures a high-quality result.

Special facilities – We have a gluing room equipped with calibrated tables to evenly coat the material base with glue and maintain the specified product geometry and angles.
No dust – Before gluing, the parts are cleaned of dust – this ensures proper adhesion of the glue to the product. If glued unprofessionally on a dusty surface, the glue may peel off from the base.
Suitable adhesives – we select the appropriate adhesive based on the product’s intended use (e.g., outdoors, surfaces exposed to UV rays, heat, cold, etc.) and follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions when gluing. We select the adhesive based on the material’s color or the Customer’s request.
Specialists are working – We know the composition of adhesives, so your materials will not only be glued firmly, but there will be no defects during operation.
Edge milling - profiles
Do you want to turn sharp edges into rounded, semi-circular, beveled, or complex profiles? We mill the edges of hard materials to transform them from straight to the desired design.

When milling products, we select tools and speeds appropriate for the material. This way we avoid product damage – cracks, dents. We mill with linear and CNC equipment, and use diamond milling, grinding and polishing tools. We can process a large number of products with high quality.

2. Raw material acceptance. We unload raw materials using automated equipment. We can unload large-format tile boxes.
3. Analysis of the material manufacturer's requirements. We find out what speeds and tools the raw material manufacturer recommends for processing your specific material.
4. Test. We perform a test on your test sample. This way we find out whether it is technologically possible to perform the work on a specific raw material and whether the result meets your expectations.
5. Production. We process, polish, and glue your product. If necessary, we can impregnate it for an additional fee.
6. Product packaging, tare. We pack and load the products into your transport or deliver and install them.
