Dispute resolution rules

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTES DECISION

1. All disputes arising from or related to the provision of services or products between the seller and the customer shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. In implementing Directive No. 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes (hereinafter referred to as ADR) and Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (hereinafter referred to as ODR), the European Commission has created a platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes – http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

3. EGS is an electronic tool that allows consumers to file a claim against a seller or service provider when goods or services are purchased online.

4. In Lithuania, the EDR platform allows for independent, impartial, transparent, efficient, fast and fair online resolution of national and cross-border disputes between consumers and e-commerce entrepreneurs arising in the internal market of the European Union.

5. The State Consumer Rights Protection Service is designated as the contact point for this ODR platform in Lithuania, which provides assistance to all parties to the dispute at any stage of the dispute resolution.

6. Every client of UAB "AKMI" can submit a complaint regarding a product purchased on our website by sending it directly by e-mail info@akmi.lt

7.
